Is Kiniskis dog friendly. Inside and outside?

They have a fabulous outdoor seating area with a view of BC Ferries and the coal shipping area + the Gulf Islands. Dogs OK there. Beer is good too.

Am I allowed to go to Point Roberts as a Canadian or do I risk getting arrested or shot?

Until at least June 21pont Roberts is closed to 'non essential' travel
